Discovery Group Meeting Questions

For Discover Groups in Households of Peace

  1. What are you thankful for?
  2. What are you struggling with or stressed by? How about your family, friends, and neighbors?
Review the previous story Read the new story several times, then have everyone re-tell the story
Ask someone to retell the story from the last meeting. Review the answers you found to:
  1. What did this teach us about God?
  2. What did this teach us about ourselves / people?
  3. How did you apply / obey?
  4. Was there a group application / obedience?
  5. Who did you tell (and how did they respond)?
Then discuss...
  1. What does this teach us about God?
  2. What did this teach us about ourselves / people?
  3. What do you need to apply / obey?
  4. Is there some way we could apply this as a group?
  5. Who are you going to tell?
